Have been reading lots on your website, and with guidance from my girlfriend on what preferences she has. Hoping you can help, based on below preferences:
– Yellow gold band (18k)
– Solitaire
– 6 prong
– Round
My budget is ~$12k.
Based on the fact she wants a yellow gold band, I came to the conclusion to get a colour of K/J.

Just out of interest – I played around with the preferences a little and found below which has a better cut, but color grading is K, not J:

As for the setting, it’s a matter of personal taste and preference. It’s completely up to you what you like.

But I would personally prefer the colored diamond as the setting you like has white gold prongs. If it had yellow gold prongs, K color would be completely fine.
