Hi,
First of all thank you so much for all the education and support in the diamond search to all the beginners like me.
I’d like to find the “perfect” sparkling gem, it doesn’t need to weight much if it’s perfectly brilliant!
The diamonds I’m looking at now are the following, one from BGD Signature and the other one from BGD Black, but I can’t see a big difference:

www.briangavindiamonds.com/0.622-f-vs1-round-diamond-ags-c-104104773122?a_aid=y
I’d like to choose the best option.
Please let me know your thoughts or suggest other “equal” diamonds.
If cut is your priority, then BGD is the way to go. Their diamonds are incomparable to others.
The two you selected are absolutely stunning. You can’t go wrong with either of them. Brian Gavin diamonds will always be absolutely gorgeous.
I found one more that’s slightly cheaper:

It’s up to you, all three are excellent choices.
Thank you so much for sending me the alternative diamond. I will proceed purchasing it before the end of the month.
My last doubt is about the setting and I hope you can guide me a bit more… Between halo setting (without any pave on the band) and a solitaire setting which should be preferable to maximize and emphasize the quality of the diamond? Will it be stunning in both or would the halo block some of the light resulting in less sparkle?
I’m glad you like my suggestion so much. It’s a beautiful diamond (but then again, so are all BGD stones). The difference in size is slight and wouldn’t be noticeable in person.
As for the setting, I don’t think the halo would block incoming light. All BGD settings are designed to compliment the center stone and they are crafted to ensure perfect light refraction. If anything, the halo would add some more brilliance to the ring.
It’s up to you, whatever look you prefer.
Thanks for the tips again, I will probably go with the halo setting 😊
You’re very welcome.
