Hi! My girlfriend and I have been using your service while looking for an engagement ring – thank you so much! What a wonderful website with so much helpful information.
We decided on this setting from James Allen (per your suggestion) that we both love in 14k white gold with a round diamond:
14K White Gold Triple Diamond Engagement Ring
At this point, it’s down to deciding on the diamond. I think the budget (include the setting) that we’re looking at is $2,000-2,500. That leaves a budget for the diamond around $1k-1,500.
The smallest size available is a 0.5c diamond, but to be honest, I think that the setting looks substantially better with a slightly larger diamond, like 0.6c. What would you recommend?
The setting you picked is beautiful! I, personally, love three stone rings, they look amazing in person.
Regarding the center stone, the largest eye-clean diamond I found was this beautiful 0.6ct I SI2:

It’s fantastically cut and will look great in that setting.
I had it put on hold. Thanks!
That’s great news!
