Last fall we received an email from Adam, who was from England but was going to be visiting New York City with his then girlfriend Vicky. He didn’t want to lose the opportunity of being in a great city such as New York and he know how to propose but just needed help. Proposing while on travel is both good and bad however. The good is that it is extremely easy to create a surprise proposal idea. Your partner will not be expecting anything at all because it’s not your home town and it’s easier to visit new places. The bad is that it is much harder to pull something off. That is where Proposal Planners from The Heart Bandits helped make his proposal easy though.
The idea that we helped him pull off was simple but very romantic and effective. When he arrived with Vicky in NYC, he told her he was going to take her to a surprise location. That location was Gary’s Loft which has an amazing view of the Empire State Building. He went to the building and went straight to the rooftop. When they got to the top, she was surprised to see that there was a very nice table setup with flowers and candles. He even had some of their favorite music playing in the background. Adam took her to the table where he explained how much he loved her and how he had everything setup for that moment. He then dropped to one knee to propose to her. The entire scene was capture by Sean Kim photography. It was a great proposal and we’re really happy for Adam and Vicky.
